If you need a question to return a ‘Go no further’ or ‘If answer is No, you will not be able to submit’ response, add a checkbox and remove all answer options, tick required and make conditional statement saying, “if answer no, show this field”. By making the field required with no answers means the applicant will not be able to submit the form if they have prompted this field.
